The rules and conditions for using POLYSTAR.

By accessing or using POLYSTAR ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
POLYSTAR is a Polymarket-focused prediction-market intelligence platform that provides live market data, expert Star Picks, portfolio monitoring, wallet intelligence, risk simulation, and an AI-powered support assistant. The Service aggregates publicly available data from Polymarket's Gamma, CLOB, and Data APIs. We do not host, operate, or settle prediction markets ourselves.
IMPORTANT: POLYSTAR provides analytical tools and information for educational and research purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. No simulated result, risk score, probability, Star Pick, or AI-generated response is a guarantee of any outcome. You should not make financial decisions based solely on information from POLYSTAR. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
Prediction markets, including Polymarket, involve risk. Prices can move rapidly and unpredictably. Never risk more than you can afford to lose. Polymarket may not be available in all jurisdictions; always check and comply with your local laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
POLYSTAR offers three subscription tiers: Free, Pro ($29/month), and Elite ($99/month). Paid plans are billed monthly and activated through our card payment process. Payments are processed by our team — there is no automated self-service billing at this time.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. A canceled or past-due subscription immediately downgrades to the Free plan. Access may be changed or revoked at our discretion if these Terms are violated. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; existing subscriptions continue at their current rate until the next billing cycle.

Star Picks are human-curated YES/NO calls made by our analysts based on their research and judgment. They are opinions, not recommendations or financial advice. Star Picks do not guarantee any outcome, and past performance does not indicate future results. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make, whether or not they are influenced by Star Picks or other information on the platform.
The Star AI chat assistant is powered by Groq and OpenRouter and provides general information about the platform, Polymarket, and live market data. AI-generated responses may contain errors or outdated information. You should not rely on AI responses as financial advice or as a sole source of truth. Always verify critical information independently.
All content, features, and functionality of POLYSTAR — including text, graphics, logos, design, software, and code — are owned by POLYSTAR and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Market data displayed on the Service originates from Polymarket's public APIs and remains the property of Polymarket and its data providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, POLYSTAR and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from trading decisions made based on information from the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that market data will be accurate, complete, or timely.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless POLYSTAR and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
The Service relies on and integrates with third-party services, including Polymarket's public APIs, Groq, OpenRouter, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability) remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
